Bridge Loans
Duke & Lord provides bridge loans on all product categories.
The primary purpose for our bridge loan program is to allow
for the short-term development and/or repositioning of an asset.
LTVs are determined on a case-by-case basis. Terms range from
6 months to 2 years with extension options available. At Duke

same day.
Loan Limits: £1,000,000 - £20,000,000
Mezzanine Loans
Duke & Lord Europe Limited provides Mezzanine loans on all
product categories. The primary purpose of our mezzanine loan
program is to allow borrowers to increase the amount of leverage
on an asset, all to support acquisition, recapitalization, or
internal growth opportunities.
Max combined LTV's shall not exceed 95% with a minimum sponsor
co-invest of 5% cash equity being required. Terms can run up
to 3 years.
